By accessing or using the RPC and API endpoints available at rhino-apis.com ("the service or services"), you agree to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms and conditions, you must not use the services provided.

The terms and conditions listed here are for only for free services as defined. If you would like to like to take advantage of full Service Level Agreements, termination clauses and additional class of service, reach out to info@rhinostake.com to discuss our paid service access.

No Warranties

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the availability, reliability, or accuracy of the service. Your use of the service is at your own risk.

Use at Your Own Risk

You acknowledge and agree that your use of the service is entirely at your own risk. We shall not be liable for any damages arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the service.

Uptime and Service Quality

We do not guarantee the uptime or quality of the service. We may experience interruptions, delays, or errors in the service, and we shall not be responsible for any loss or damage resulting from such occurrences.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, in no event shall Rhinostake LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, or licensors be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising out of or in connection with your use of the service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rhinostake LLC, its affiliates, officers, employees, agents, suppliers, and licensors from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney's fees) arising from: (a) your use of and access to the service; (b) your violation of any term of these terms and conditions; (c) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (d) any claim that your use of the service caused damage to a third party. This indemnification obligation will survive these terms and conditions and your use of the service.

Removal of Access

We reserve the right to remove or suspend your access to the service at any time, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to violation of these terms and conditions, misuse of the service, or if you are located in a country subject to sanctions imposed by the Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) of the U.S. Department of the Treasury.

Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time, without prior notice. Your continued use of the service after any such modifications shall constitute your acceptance of the modified terms and conditions.

Removal of Access

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Delaware, United States. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these terms and conditions shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delaware, United States.
